MICHAEL CUTRONE

President, Eclipse Foundation Group

In his role, Michael Cutrone will guide the future of Eclipse Foundation Group by focusing on growing its infrustructure by leveraging long-term relationships with both clients and vendors built over his nearly 30 years working in related markets. Cutrone previously served as President and CEO of Auger Services a specialty foundation drilling construction company that focuses on new transmission and large turnkey foundation projects. He led several hurricane restoration projects and was engaged in restoration projects following the wakes of Katrina, Rita, Francis and Lili. He facilitated the sale of Auger in 2001 to TESSCO and remained on as president with the sale of TESSCO in 2007 to ECP’s Holding Company, PLH Group, successfully growing Auger Services and quadrupling its revenue. Cutrone has nearly 30 years of experience in the operation and management of companies involved in the transmission, industrial, electrical and instrumentation sectors. Cutrone facilitates positive changes in organizations by proactively driving department initiatives and efforts for continuous improvements. He holds company multiple state licenses in heavy construction, highways streets and bridges, commercial, hazmat and drilled shafts. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Louisiana State University and was a board-approved sponsor for the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

 

NICHOLAS CLOUGH

Vice President of Operations, Greenfield, for Orbital Energy Group, Inc. and Subsidiaries

A proven sales professional with a unique and successful history in operations, business development, marketing, project management and team building, Nicholas Clough began his career with Orbital Energy Group in 2010 working on investor relations. Clough quickly became involved in the development and sale of Orbital’s proprietary products including the GasPT® and VE Technology®. Recognizing their great market potential and need for international distribution, Clough began moving the product into a sales network prior to the acquisition of Orbital UK in 2013. Following this acquisition, Clough led a global sales effort resulting in large project wins in Italy, Asia, the UK and eventually in the US.

JAMES F. O'NEIL III

Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Director of Orbital Energy Group, Inc. and Subsidiaries

Jim O'Neil, a veteran executive of the power industry, earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tulane University in 1980. Mr. O’Neil joined Quanta Services, Inc. in 1999 as Vice President of Operations Integration and in 2002 advanced to Senior Vice President of Operations Integration & Audit. He continued to advance to Chief Operating Officer from October 2008 to 2011, then as the Chief Executive Officer from May 19, 2011 to March 14, 2016 and President from October 2008 to March 14, 2016. Throughout his tenure at Quanta, he was responsible for various initiatives including the company’s growth strategy, internal audit, and merger and acquisition initiatives.  During 2020, Mr. O’Neil led the acquisition of Reach Construction Group by Orbital Energy Group. He currently serves on the board of Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. IV (Independent Director since February 2019), FirstEnergy Corp. (Independent Director since 2017) and NRC Group Holdings Corp. (NYSE American: NRCG) (director since 2017). From 1980 to 1999, Mr. O'Neil held various positions with Halliburton Company, lastly as Director, Global Deepwater Development. Mr. O’Neil and his wife, Tracey, are personally active and loyal financial supporters of Waller/Austin Counties, Texas non-profit programs devoted to providing scholarship funds to students who participate in the 4H Club and fair programs throughout the year.
